Professor Dr. M Fazlul Hoque was former Professor of Medicine at Dhaka Medical College (DMC). He was later Principal of this college. Dr. Hoque after receiving MBBS degree from DMC in 1970 worked for several Medical Colleges such as Rajshahi, Barishal and Slimullah. He was awarded FCPS (Medicine) in 1976 and FRCP from Edinburgh and Glasgow in 2000 and 2003 respectively. He retired in 2004. After retirement Dr. Hoque was Principal of Northern Intenational Medical College, Dhanmondi, Dhaka from 2004 to 2006. He is currently Professor and Head of the Department of Medicine, Northern International Medical College, Dhanmondi. He has been member of numerous community organization and non-medical organization.

• Former Senate Member Dhaka University.
